Grow Hotel opened in Stockholm in November 2018 and is a four-star, modern and sustainable hotel. Note was tasked with developing a design language for the interiors, as well as a distinctive visual identity to reflect their ethos.
Our bold approach to the brand’s lettering was initially influenced by the classic silhouette of a leaf – nodding to the hotel’s green credentials. However, when merged with the modernist architecture of the space, a custom drawn stencil typeface was born, becoming the pillar of the visual identity. The material choice of brass for the internal signage complements the elegant pendant lighting featured in the lobby and restaurant.
