Ogeborg Dot & Line Rug XL

This rug collection for Ogeborg takes its cue from our earlier Dot and Line rugs, but we go even further in allowing the pattern to claim space for a stronger graphic expression. We challenge the rug’s capacity by permitting the enormous shapes to spill over the edges, while the bold pattern itself challenges the other furniture in the room — becoming a sparring partner for the sofa, armchair, table, and more.

Just like Dot and Line, the quality is of the thickest hand tuft you can imagine, and consists of an unruly mixture of thick and thin natural wool yarns. When you move around the room, or walk across the rug, you set the otherwise controlled pattern in motion.
