Stora Enso Fair Stand Design
Launched at BAU 2023, our fair stand concept for Sylva by Stora Enso is built with sustainable materials and can be reused repeatedly by modifying the size and content.
Not only showcasing the functional aspects of building with wood, our intention is also to evoke emotions and to inspire visitors with the endless possibilities of sustainable construction.
Paper was used as a building element to frame the stand, allowing the light to shine through.
Working with Stora Enso’s brand guidelines in unexpected ways we created bold and colourful graphics that pops against the serene stand.

The Sylva kit is presented as a sculptural centrepiece that can be experienced in scale 1:1.
Sylva by Stora Enso is a line of sustainable and innovative building materials that embodies the future of construction. With this in mind, we approached the design of their stand at BAU 2023 with a focus on modularity and the ambition to provide an immersive experience that would touch the heart and stimulate visionary thinking.
The result is a sanctuary in the bustling fair halls where visitors could escape into the stand’s natural beauty and calm aesthetics. The entire stand can be disassembled and transported to other locations using the same sustainable materials. This allows us to reuse the stand repeatedly and modify its size and content to suit future events and requirements. We tackled the supporting communication identity by embracing the complexities of information in a welcoming and appealing graphic approach — resulting in an inviting, bold and colourful visual language that popped against the serene stand.
