The Hotel Palace was created back in 1952 for the Helsinki Summer Olympics. Tasked with bringing the culinary icon into the 21st century, the Palace Restaurant's original interior has been freshened up with an updated modernist aesthetic. The goal has been from the beginning to create something that will withstand time and honour the history and tradition of the Palace. Plush peach pink furnishings have been designed to match with teal-panelled walls, brass accents, thick teal carpet, white tablecloths, and custom-designed drink carts.
