For Vestre’s stand at the 2024 Stockholm Furniture Fair, our mission was to emphasise the progressive furniture brand’s core principles and distinctive material qualities. Our modular design concept served as a spatial embodiment of Vestre’s commitment to creating sites for human interaction. Visitors were invited to engage in a tactile experience and embark on a visual and educational journey to understand the company’s dedication to sustainability and ambitions to engineer a more inclusive society. The stand was designed as a piazza or public square — traditionally an important and accessible social meeting place in busy urban settings. The center of the stand featured an eye-catching installation consisting of sculptural components from Vestre’s furniture production and told the story about materials, finishes, and Vestre's production chain, surrounded by seating and a layer of large format posters.
