For Bob W’s first Swedish property, we transformed a former 1960s hotel on Kammakargatan in central Stockholm into a technology-driven apartment hotel. The design embraces reuse as one of the guiding principle, preserving original features while introducing bold colors, curated vintage furniture, and contemporary detailing. The interiors merge the restrained sensibility of the building’s brutalist exterior with a vibrant, optimistic atmosphere that reflects the spirit of modern Stockholm.
Each studio apartment is designed for both short and extended stays, combining home-like comfort with the brand’s digital guest experience. Monochromatic corridors contrast with playful, colorful interiors, creating a distinctive rhythm throughout the property. The result is an environment that tells a story of transformation—where the past is respected, the present celebrated, and the future anticipated.
